“The dress was fab but unfortunately did not fit. However the customer service of Hobbs is so bad I won’t order or recommend you buy anything from them. Also check the price of your items when you put them in your basket is the same as advertised before you pay, check your delivery address is right before you pay, they will not make any changes after this point, they won’t help, they won’t speak to you in person. I can’t believe that such a good quality British brand has such poor care and service to their customers especially in a time of uncertainty in retail. Definitely not recommended!”
