“I ordered a complete wedding guest outfit - fascinator/hat, shoes, bag and the Angelica dress in two sizes.
The dress was lovely material and nice and weighty but a very unflattering design which made me look 8 months pregnant. Both were returned, along with all the accessories.
The most annoying part was that the hat, bag a shoes turned up around a week after ordering, whilst the first dress was left in a brown bag on the doorstep two weeks after the accessories arrived. The second dress arrived, which was signed for, arrived almost a month from the date of the order.
I’m now waiting for almost £700 to be returned.
In my opinion, Hobbs’ communication is very poor. When the first package arrived, there was no communication to say that the dresses would follow. I appreciate that items are often dispatched from different locations, but an order arriving in dribs and drabs over the course of a month is completely unacceptable.”
