“I bought this dress for my son’s wedding. It was the last one left on line. It was an expensive dress. The dress in itself is lovely. I needed it taking in slightly down the back so I took it to a dressmaker who pointed out that it was higher on the hem at the back than the front and had not been well made. I couldn’t send it back because the wedding is so close and I have nothing else to wear.
I’m sad because I have been a long standing Hobbs customer for many years. The dress was very expensive and I now don’t feel right in it.”
