“The dress was of nice quality but just not suitable for what I wanted. I was very disappointed with the service, 10 days after ordering I had still not heard anything as to where my order was? I contacted Hobbs who replied to say the dress was coming from the warehouse and that was why there was delays (would have been nice to be kept updated rather than having to chase). When I returned the item , again heard nothing at all 19 days on so yet again contacted Hobbs who then arranged for a refund to be made in the next 5 days! I’m not sure why this company take so long for your refund to be processed when all other companies have it in your account within 3-5 working days. Very disappointing- will not be ordering from here again.”

“Very elegant dress. Stylish and comfortable. True to size. Wore this at a wedding and it was perfect for the occasion. The cut of the dress was very flattering.”
