“I bought this dress as a present for my daughter-in-law. The dress was in the sale and was a good price. I ordered it from the. Hobbs website. However I was very disappointed when it arrived in a ripped polythene bag with a John Lewis ticket on it and it did not have the Hobbs ticket on it, just the ribbon hanging. It was not what I was expecting from Hobbs”
