“It’s a shame because in principle it’s a nice dress but . . . After hanging in my closet for 3 weeks it is still as creased as when it arrived in the post. And my guess is after it’s ironed it’s probably going to revert to looking like it does in the photos - scruffy, after every wear. And I can’t wear to see how it looks after one wear as I can’t return without the labels and if I decide to keep it, it could end up looking like a long rag. So it’ll have to be returned.”
