“I would love to review this item however, you will see from the photograph just what condition it arrived in and so I have not worn it, plus there is a mark on the blouse. I have contacted Hobbs and am still waiting for my questions to be answered. I waited a week before I was told to return the item by registered post and I would receive a refund, however no mention of whether or not that included the cost of the return. I tried ringing to ask, was put on hold for 5 minutes before being told by an automated voice, no one was available and the call was disconnected. I wrote to the CEO to advise him of my experience, I am still awaiting a response. I have been a loyal customer and feel very disappointed at my treatment.”
