“The blouse has bracelet sleeves, but on me it just looked like they had divorced my wrists and looked silly. Shame! I was really looking forward to this blouse, but it wasn’t for me. I returned it.”

“The blouse has bracelet sleeves, but on me it just looked like they had divorced my wrists and looked silly. Shame! I was really looking forward to this blouse, but it wasn’t for me. I returned it.”

“I saw this blouse in the Hobbs Harrogate shop and promised myself to buy it as soon as I got home to use the £20 birthday voucher you had given me. But when the blouse arrived it was so badly creased, the fabric not standing up to the way it had been packed. I let it hang for 24 hours and tried it on, but the creases were still there and it hung badly on me because of these. I wanted the blouse as part of my choir uniform and worried immediately that the fabric would not hang nicely when standing up to sing. So I returned it. I can't believe that a £90 blouse is posted out in such cheap and basic packaging, so it arrives not looking its best. I was refunded the amount I paid immediately for the blouse, but my birthday voucher was no longer available for me to find something else to order. Marks & Spencer always send me a credit voucher for any returned item that has been purchased using any vouchers. So I am a disappointed customer on both counts.”
