“The colours are lovely. The cut and style is not forgiving unless you are a 'real slim' individual. Skirts which when full should be cut with a suitable amount of fabric to fall well after they have been stitched 6/7 below the waist line and then left to flow from that location. The fabric (especially in summer time) should be light weight, preferably lined. That cut will hide any 'small tummy'. By using the correct amount of fabric to create this hang the hem will be level and not as in this case more up and down. Hobbs are noted for stocking 'elegant' ladies clothing which can be worn anywhere and by any age group. Just a little different to the 'run of the mill' outlet. Hence, sadly I returned mine.”

“I adore this skirt. The blue and white colour is very summery and gorgeous with a white silk shirt or a plain white T shirt. Very flattering and slimming. The material is lovely and drapes beautifully.”

“Lovely colour and good quality fabric which hangs really well. The swirling cut is perfect for keeping cool in hot weather.”
