“I picked up my order in store. One of the 6/39 shoes was too big. I have been buying shoes and boots from Hobbs for years and this has never happened to me previously. There was a dent in one of the shoes (the material could be prone to this) and there was a blue mark on a shoe. Thev soles were grubby. All in all, substandard shoes and not what I expect from Hobbs.”

“I love these shoes but not sure if I will need to send them back as I have arthritis and not sure I will be able to wear them. They felt beautiful when I was sat but that changed when I stood up! But I love them!”
