“Not so much a problem with the shoes , but , a massive problem with the customer services. Takes forever to speak to anyone , the chat option also takes a long time to connect , responses are different depending on who answers the chat , still waiting for a refund for about 2 weeks now. They wanted me to sign a form to say my whole delivery didn’t turn up , when it was just one item that was missing.”

“I am usually a 3.5-4 size so ordered the 4 which was way too big, reordered the 3 which I was still stepping out of. Put in a half sole and they were perfect. Received so many compliments for the beautiful shoes I was wearing. They lasted all evening on a 1st time wear. Very impressed.”
