“I order a Size 3 but they are actually size 36 a European size which is larger than the UK size 3”

“This is a beautiful dress. It didn’t look much on the hanger as I’d seen it online but didn’t order it. I was away for the weekend and went into Manchester, King Street store and Ann found my size and had it steamed. Customer service was absolutely excellent. She went above and beyond which resulted in me purchasing the matching shoes, bag and Fascinator. Thank you Ann for all your invaluable help.”
