“A beautiful fascinator but sadly didn't really suit me and wasn't the right hat to compliment my outfit. However despite the incredible packaging that the hat arrived in it must have been incorrectly fitted as it "swivelled" ! I returned this to my local Hobbs shop and explained to the helpful assistant and she could see straight away that it was faulty. I had my money reimbursed straight away. Excellent service as always from Hobbs.”
