“Paid extra for a gift box for my order to avoid the Esme suit and top arriving crumpled. But instead Hobbs chose to pack my order in envelopes and bags with only the shoes packed in the gift box, bizarre when they were already packaged in a Hobbs shoe box. Very disappointed.”
