“You failed to place the £200 voucher in the purchased gift box. You sent the voucher and the gift box separately. You did not enclose my message to the recipient. There was nothing to tell the recipient of the value of the voucher. Thank you for refunding the cost of the gift box but it hardly makes up for the catalogue of disasters”
