Hello there, I am truly sorry to hear that we have let you down on your order this time because you have not received your refund. I can imagine how upsetting this must be for you. If you have received a refund for 1 item and not the other(s) that you have returned please do get in touch with a photo of the postage receipt and we can look into this for you. Sadly we kindly ask for our customers to allow up to 14 working days for the funds to show into your account so that the return can be received, processed and then for the funds to go into your account. I can assure you that is not our usual level of service at all. If you still need our assistance, please do get in touch and our customer care team will be happy to assist you with this matter.
