“Having purchased the navy tilda coat few years back and being happy with the coat. Bought it in other colour. Coat arrived in small box partially wrapped in tissue paper. See images of.condition of coat. Left outside apartment block in bad weather conditions”

“I had been searching for a particular coat they emailed me to say one was back in stock, it arrived promptly, but was not the colour I was expecting and it was damaged a small area on the front looked stained but on closer inspection the pile was actually missing. I sent it back. Re”
