Hello Anita, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you have received the item with the security tag still attached. I apologise for the inconvenience caused by receiving your item in less-than-perfect condition. This falls below the quality standards we strive to maintain. This oversight in the check during the packaging process is not our usual standard. I regret the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
