“I have had to press the skirt before I could wear it, it was so badly creased. I don’t expect that from Hobbs. It happened on another of your skirts which I purchased online from John Lewis the pleats had been pressed in kicking out. It was only that I liked the skirts so much that I bothered otherwise I would have returned them both. I don’t expect shoddy workmanship for your prices!”
