“I had a problem with my delivery (parcel was thrown over a hedge into my back garden from a public footpath) and I found it the next day opened & soaking wet. The front of the dress had a large snag across it, so I contacted customer services for returns advice as no paperwork was in the parcel, but as this dress is lovely but out of stock I spent an hour with a magnifying glass & needle to ease the snag out. No one has spotted my ‘repair’ and I’ve had lots of compliments wearing it with thick tights, knee boots & statement piece of jewellery so am glad I kept it.”
