“Really gorgeous coat - material and colour are rich and luxurious. The downside is that the hooks to close the coat are very difficult to locate and really are not suitable. I have found that I am holding the coat closed rather than trying to close it properly, which is a shame. That is the reason I have given a 4 star rating.”

“I would recommend the product but not Hobbs. The return service is appalling, unreliable and lengthy. I shop a lot on line and I can honestly say Hobbs have the worst service when you return items. Even if you recieve an email saying your return is being processed. Not true. When they say they will respond to a contact form, not true, when they say you will get a refund to your method of payment, not true. Sadly, despite their clothing being of good quality, I will never buy from them online ever again. I'm still waiting for a refund.”
