“Ordered my normal size 18 but it was too big. Luckily there was still a 16 in the sale so quickly reordered. I then had to pay for postage to replace . Pleased with the coat fit and colour. Had lots of comments and it’s warm. My only negative is that the design means the zip finishes at chest height and doesn’t do up to where you might expect a coat to finish. When it’s really cold , like now you need a scarf to fill the gap.”
