“Design was great. Unfortunately the zip material was stretched and worn through. The price label was hand written which suggested it had already been returned. The return service took over 14 days as per the instructiions but was straightforward.”

“Lovely coat - warm and comfy, beautifully shaped and tailored. The neck 'muff;' is amazing at keeping out the cold. The zip is a bit 'weedy' though and the tags turn 90 degrees when pulled and are difficult to straighten up. I think the zip will give out before the coat does! The hood is very pretty, but it's HUGE making it useless in windy weather. Cute for vertical rain in a city, but where I live (South West coast) it just blows off and there is no way to secure it.”

“Size 14 fits perfectly. Snug fit due to fitted sides at waistline level . Doesn’t look like you’re wearing a duvet. The hood is detachable another bonus.”
