“The dress is visually beautiful but the material is of poor quality and looks like threads in the fabric are already lifting/pilling. I noticed this taking the garment straight out of the packaging. Worse still, without me saying a thing, this was remarked upon by my usually unobservant husband as well, which demonstrates just how obvious the issue is. Please do better. Very disappointing.”
