“Absolutely loved my 'Kim' dress, but was stung with a massive Customs import charge for an item ordered outside the EU. In 2023 I ordered a beautiful silk dress for my daughter's wedding and there was no such extra charge. I am a Brit who lives in Germany and find it difficult to find clothes to fit me here. I know that I can order from Hobbs and that a standard size 12 will be a perfect fit. Roll on the days when things will work better, but in the meantime, please don't abandon your customers in the EU!”

“Whilst the online ordering process was very simple and user friendly, I am very disappointed with how my purchase was packaged up , the dress was all creased and in a terrible state when it arrived and that was not down to the courier either. You could clearly see there has been no care or consideration give when packaged.”
