“I saw this dress months ago and it sold out but recently it came online again. so I ordered with great anticipation. I loved the dress and, the fit but the zip closure let it down. Too hard to close and sticks on the seam in the mid section. Now returned”

“Fast packaging and responses from customer care. Refunds were processed in an appropriate time. Three stars because one package arrived literally falling apart - I am honestly amazed the items had not fallen out of it. Also, the zips on the dresses seem poor quality. I sent one back labelled as 'faulty' but then the replacement had exactly the same issue. I kept it because I can just squeeze in with the zip only 3/4 down and I only will wear it occasionally. However, at this price point I think the product should come appropriately packaged and with high quality zips.”

“Lovely dress. Nice style. Good quality material and drape. Only gave 4 stars as I returned it because it was longer than I expected and didn't suit my frame. I was tempted to keep it and have it altered but decided it may spoil the dress. I am 5'4" and prefer knee length or just below the knee.”
