“Product was faulty. Outer layer of dress was not attached to the zip, and was obviously not quality controlled sufficiently for such an expensive dress. I returned the dress. Hobbs makes you pay for return postage even in the case of a faulty product. It was expensive because the dress was heavy sequin.”
