“Amazing coat, super soft in a rich dark green but runs big. Size down one size for a roomy fit, maybe two sizes down for a more fitted look.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback and I am very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our international postal returns system. We will be passing your feedback onto the relevant departments to look into if we can improve this service. However, we do now have rebound service for our international returns which means customers can send parcels back to us at a cheaper cost.

“This coat had a very soft faux fur and it was a lovely blue colour. I also liked the high neck fastening to keep windchill away. Sadly, the coat was very bulky and looked oversized, making me look like a grizzly bear. Not a flattering look. I had to return it for refund. Styling, tailoring and fabric thickness need to be revised to improve the look.”
