Hello there, I am truly sorry to hear that you had some issue with your return and lost your return postage receipt. I can understand how upsetting this must have been for you. Sadly before we can refund any items which have not been marked as returned we would need to see the postage receipt so that we can determine the items in the parcel and also track the parcel.
