“The front panels of this bolero were different shapes!!!! This affected the way it hung! I ordered the bolero when there was a discount offered but if I wanted to reorder a new one I was going to have to pay full price! I tried ringing customer services twice but each time they cut me off after 5 minutes of waiting in the queue as they had not been able to speak to me! I then tried the Live Chat but I think it must have been AI as it didn’t seem to understand the problem. It offered me a free next day delivery voucher (which I never received) and then disappeared!!! Customer services is very poor! All I wanted was a replacement bolero at the same price instead of the faulty one Hobbs sent me!”
