How was the style?
“The style and design of these boots is great, and in theory they would be my favourite shoes. However the quality of materials and craftsmanship is extremely poor, especially given the high price point. After a few months of wear, the sole (which had been glued on it seems) started to fall off and water could get into the boots. At this point I assumed that this was just a faulty pair, and I contacted customer service. I returned the boots for a refund and bought a new pair. A few days into wearing the second pair of boots, I was horrified to find that the upper layer of leather was already starting to scratch and peel off. Cracks have continued to appear in the leather from light wear, and these cracks have spread easily and even more of the upper leather is now falling off. I will not be buying any more footwear from Hobbs, and am very disappointed in the quality given I was expecting a premium product from a premium brand.”

“These boots are a lovely, practical design and well made.. Unfortunately, they do not come in 1/2 sizes so I reluctantly had to return them as the whole size was a bad fit for me.”
