“I am still trying to reorder my hetty leather black ankle boots size 38. This saga is going on since 10th of July and I still have not been credited my 127 euro. Please help. Through no fault of mine there was an error in shoe size. ( one shoe 39 other shoe 38 in size.) Regards Dorothy Clarke”

“No idea….not received yet- not notified by store ( again!!!) I like to support local store, buy in there often . Boots weren’t in stock so ordered to be delivered to store….. Sad to say it might be quicker to order online and deliver to home. I really want to support local stores but…customer service is crucial!!”
