“This coat was received clearly used with a pair of gloves in the pocket & debris (tissue). This was not what I expect for £169! Though customer service were apologetic it was still for me to deal with the return & I’m still waiting for the refund. Clearly an issue in quality control at returns”

“Warm, soft and stylish. Looks perfect with charcoal wide leg trousers. The textured fake fur looks and feels almost real. It kept me warm during icy days.”

“Worn it once. Felt great. Complemented on it. Stylish. Fun. The only problem is that I live in Manchester and when it it’s cold, it is often raining and this coat is not suitable for those conditions. But then I knew that - but couldn’t resist it all the same. Love it but hope I get some wear out of it. Xx”
