“The coat is far too long. I'm 5 foot 7 and 9 stone 8 (sorry, I can't do metric!) Yet the size 12 skirted my ankles and looked ridiculous. But what I really wanted to say is that when I returned this to your Harrogate store, the lady who dealt with the return was superb - efficient and business-like whilst also friendly and empathetic. I'm afraid I didn't get her name, but if her login can be traced I hope you pass this appreciation to her and any relevant managers. In addition, all other members of staff made friendly eye contact and smiled - such a small but incredibly important detail making the customer feel valued. I have shopped there before and your Harrogate store will be my first stop in future. Thank you for helping a middle-aged woman feel seen and valued.”
