“Unfortunately this coat was returned. I ordered size 16 (my usual size) but this coat was at least two sizes too big. I reluctantly returned it as I really loved the colour. I returned the coat to Hobbs Kensington, where Huawa P was a most pleasant and efficient salesperson. It was no trouble at all for her to complete the paperwork (online) and issue me with a refund. A valuable member of staff.”

“Lovely coat, very, very warm in fact feels as though you are cocooned in a blanket! However, on the more generous fitting side, even a 6 was slightly big so had to return sadly. And not great customer service as I am still waiting for my refund almost 2 weeks later! Not what I expected from a premium brand such as Hobbs, has put me off from ordering and returning online from Hobbs.”
