“I’ve emailed you dozens of times only to get an automated email saying you have close the ticket I placed an order online, and collected this from your store (Cribbs Causeway in Bristol). I came to collect the order on Thursday 30th October and wanted to return items, only to be told the store would not take online order returns, despite your website clearly saying they would. I tried to complete the order online, but keep getting an error message and keep being directed to your FAQ page, which tells me to return the item to store, or complete the online returns process below. (Do you see the circle here?) - There was no returns label with the items when I collected them from the store. I called the store in Bristol on Saturday , at 12:03pm and the call was answered and I was told the store would take online order returns. I made a trip to the store where I was assaulted by a lady called Rhea (excuse the spelling) I enterer the store around 12:30, explained that I'd called and spoken to someone, and told I could make a return at the store. I was told I could not. when I questioned this Rhea sneered at me and said 'well if you'd purchased the items from here I would process the return'. I was shocked by the venom in her voice. She was rude and unhelpful and refused to give me my delivery note back, so I could return the item elsewhere. If you check your store security footage you will see I had to reach over and get this from the counter, and when I did so she snatched at the delivery note and tore it. Again, you will see from your security footage that she then came around the counter and again tried to grab the delivery note from me before chasing me out of the store. You will see from your security footage that at this point I started to video the encounter on my phone. I have been trying to contact you about 1. how do I return the items and get a full refund. I spoke to someone this morning who said I’d receive a returns label, and that this wad be passed on to a manager 2. how you will action this complaint I have tried to email, left feedback on Trust Pilot, where I was told to email, with no response, your chat and web form. No one has come back to me. I even called your Bath store, but no one there could help me (their customer service was outstanding BTW) Please can someone come back to me.”

“Beautiful quality coat and warm lovely colour. Nice to be able to button up to the neck. V neck not too low, so the coat is warm and cosy.”

“This is the perfect coat. Love the colour, the length and the weight of it. Not too heavy but warm. Have been looking out for the perfect winter coat and have finally found it!”
