“The material is perfect for freezing weather and layering. Must have coat for autumn winter and it will stay with you for years if you take proper care of it. I already have two in different colours. I'm petite and the coat lands just above my ankles. The sleeves are perfect and the belt is useful for windy days.”

“I love this coat, being wool means it’s very warm and it comes in a petite version so the sleeves fit perfectly. However, I had to contact customer services about an issue and every response I sent was dealt with by a different agent and no response at all to my final email. Very frustrating.”
