“The coat did not disappoint it is beautiful HOWEVER the purchase experience was marred by the packaging the coat was received in …stuffed in a large brown paper bag !!! with a piece of tatty tissue ! The coat had had to be hung for days to enable creases to fall out . On the same day I received a coat purchased for my granddaughter from another supplier …completely covered in plastic wrapper and boxed beautifully….A £300 coat and a £38 pound coat …not quite the shopping experience you expect from Hobbs !!! Such a disappointment”
