“I am your key demographic. Middle class. Middle income. I look ridiculous in a coat with gianormous hood. Very pixie Girl or Next. Both of which I love by the way. Got a fab coat from Karen Millen in the end.”

“Excellent warm coat for the cold months.Only dislike was size of the hood.Had to remove it as it covers my face when up. A number of coats now have adjustable features. Even with a hat on underneath, it wont stay up and any gust of wind blows it off or over my face, Had it hold it on with my hand when walking. Not an easy task if carrying shopping bags. Could do better with design”
