“The sleeves are way too long. They come down to the top of my fingers. I like the coat so I am having it altered. I emailed customer support to find out how much shorter the sleeves on a petite size would be but I received an answer that the information was not available. I am in the US and returns are not super easy so I decided to pay for alterations. Unfortunately I am losing the detail and button on the sleeve.”

“Item returned - the coat didn't suit me, I need a slimmer style, less material and knee length - it looked good on the web site. but not on me”
