“This coat was ordered as a replacement for a faulty product received at Christmas. The zip didn’t work and caught the fabric but Kingston store processed the refund efficiently. Fingers crossed no issues with the replacement, it’s warm and comfortable to wear. My only criticism is the clasp on the belt pops open if nudged accidentally so would prefer a buckle.”
