“Coat is lovely but, despite being in a big box, it arrived VERY creased. Not something I could wear straight away. So disappointing. Would be nice if it came with a coat hanger”

“The London Collection coat arrived in a terrible condition screwed up into a box way too small. Hung up for two days and the creases were still very visible. The coat was perfect in style and length (very similar to a Cotswold designer) fitted extremely well. UNFORTUNATELY the fabric was not of quality expected and the buttons looked like sprayed gold on plastic. This coat has potential to be amazing if the right thicker fabric is used and good quality buttons. Coat returned to our local Cheltenham store for a refund. There was already another returned the previous day hung on the rail. I have a Hobbs Mac which Is absolutely quality, derail is everything.”
