“I tried on a size 6 in the outlet shop and ordered a size 10 and a size 12 through the shop hoping that one would fit. The 10 fitted fine except that the shop failed to mention that as the sizes go up, the coat gets longer in length and the sleeves get longer too. So whilst the 6 was a nice length the 10 was down to my ankles. When I returned the coat, the sales assistant (a different one) suggested that I have the coat professionally altered. Sorry, no, not when I am spending £269 on a coat . It needs to fit perfectly. So both coats duly returned for a refund.”

“I love this coat, great color, it is not white, but more warm ivory, it is quite long but looks good, very elegant wool coat”

“Perfect! Been looking for this for almost 3 years! Lovely soft white colour. Perfect cut. Warm but not bulky. And brilliant customer service from Covent Garden store.”
