“I purchased maya jacket trousers and skirt, all three were excellent quality and fit but … ohhhh how you let yourself down on the packaging , Hobbs always used to come beautifully wrapped and boxed alas no more these items are not cheap and came literally screwed up in plastic bags not even folded with tissue!!! When paying for items from Hobbs I really don’t expect to have to steam them before wearing struggling to get rid of dreadful creases I know I am not the only one disappointed in this way . Come on Hobbs your clothing is good but you are really letting yourselves down with such careless presentation, I know from talking amongst friends it’s causing you to lose business , people will not put up with such slip shod service .”
