“Received Hobbs Aurora Green and Navy Dress, purchased for my Son’s Wedding. I feel a million dollars in it, the style is perfect and the material is lovely”

“lovely dress, suitable for the occasion. However, it came very creased and because of the nature of the fabric, it took me over an hour to steam out the creases. It was much admired, and I felt good in it. The colour was good and the style was appropriate for my age (69).”

“This dress looked lovely when it arrived so I took the tags out and wore it only to find that it is oddly short from neck to waist (I'm 5'9" and this isn't normally a problem for me) This meant that when I sat down the waist band moved up over my ribs which is both uncomfortable and unflattering. I contacted Hobbs customer services but they refused a refund/credit note as I'd worn the dress even thought you would have to wear it to be aware of the problem. VERY disappointed as the dress was expensive and is unwearable”
