“Bought this for my son’s wedding. Lovely dress, very comfortable to wear, and I received lots of compliments on the day. Bought online and It was quite creased when it arrived so I took it into a Hobbs store where they steamed it for me.”

If your order is a UK order you should have received a returns label in your package, if you did not receive this you could go online and get a returns label through Narvar or contact our customer care team and they will be able to help you get a label. If your order is an international order you would need to create a returns label on our global E link.
