“The dress is lovely. However, I do find it unhelpful to show a model who is 5' 9" and a size 8, as the photograph on the website was deceptive. The dress looked fitted, so I ordered my usual size (10: I'm 5' 2"). When it arrived it was huge, and I realised it was actually meant to be loose fitting. I therefore ordered a size 8, which was gorgeous, and I was very impressed with the way my return was dealt with. I cannot show a photograph because I don't have an iPhone! Many thanks.”
