“Utterly disappointed with this purchase and sent it back. For such an expensive dress, it was squashed into a plastic bag. My main gripe however was that the pictures do not show the true colour of the fabric. I believed it cream and when the dress arrived it was green! I believe the description has now been changed. Hobbs Customer Service appears to be generated by AI and did not address my issue or appeared to have read my complaint. Not happy as this dress was intended as a dress for ‘Mother of the Groom’.”

“When i received this dress it was very creased, no tissue paper in between the folds of the dress and just screwed up in a paper bag and for the price it should have been a box. Colour not like the picture and the flowers on the dress look very faded. I also thought the silk was of poor quality. Very disappointed in Hobbs you usually have beautiful clothing but not this time.”
