“For a petite dress there was far too much material. It seemed more like a standard size but shorter. This does not always work for the petite woman. It looked awful on me”

“I did not receive the dress. I ordered 4 items and only 2 arrived. I have been trying to contact Hobbs but the chat bot Skye is the only option I have and I cannot get any updates about the missing items. If someone from Hobbs can contact me I would be grateful to know what has happened. It is a shame the funds have been taken from my account and I have only received half my order.”
