“I was disappointed with this jumpsuit. I liked the top part which fitted well however I found the material on the main part of the jumpsuit to be cheap looking and it was far too long, I’ve found this a common trait with Hobbs jumpsuits. I’m 5ft 5 and ordered the standard length. The main problem though is that the jumpsuit took well over two weeks to arrive and during that time I had no correspondence from Hobbs to explain the delay. By the time the jumpsuit arrived the few occasions I’d wanted to wear it had passed. By contrast, while I was waiting for it to arrive I ordered a dress from a different website (Phase Eight). As I wanted it quickly I paid for next day delivery, it took two days to arrive which was fine but because it didn’t arrive next day I had an apologetic email, my postage was refunded and I was issued with a voucher for free delivery on my next order. Hobbs could learn a few lessons in customer service from Phase Eight!”
