“Style is classic but the material seems to damage easily. I hadn't even tried it on as it arrived the a couple of days after the work event. It was in the original packaging. I decided to return the dress in store so I could buy a dress that could be worn more for work. The store staff made me feel like I had done some damage intentionally. Their judgmental approach felt quite cruel. They talked across me like I was some kind of thief. It was a horrible experience and I will avoid the Hobbs store in Westfield White City going forward. I tend to buy most of my workwear from Hobbs but never treated like I didn't belong.”
